DISGUSTING SERVICE

I ordered a fully loaded box at the canal walk branch next to shell garage and they gave me a normal packet. I asked where's the box, they said they have run out. Called the manager, he said they are out of boxes and could not do anything for me. I did not get what I ordered after paying, with no support. I want some kind of compensation or my money back
