Disgusting service

I was at KFC in grassy Park and bought a 8 piece meal and when i got home it was 5 pieces after waiting 40 minutes while chicken was standing waiting to be packed. I went all the way back and i did not even receive an apology and on top of it half of the chicken was cold. Meanwhile while waiting another customer asked for tomato sauce and they denied him that very rudely. The cashiers laughed at him while he was walking away which is very unprofessional. This service is disgusting. This not the first time i see such service from kfc in grassy Park as we are paying customers. I come out of hospitality industry and this is not acceptable especially from a well known place like kfc. I wasted money on a meal we ended uo not eating.
