Disgusting service

Hi<br> <br> I always received terrible service from these 2 branches.<br> the other day i went at fasting time to kfc westwood to buy food, however they said the food will take 20 mins (Chicken pieces) to be done.<br> Half the time i go to the sherwood branch opposite the caltex garage, i get terrible service such as there being no ice cream, or cold food.<br> <br> I admit sometimes the food is very tasty from this branch, that's why i dont understand why it's so bad at times.
