Disgusting service

KFC at da corner of Commercial Road in Durban, the cashier by da name of Nqobile was worse than rude. She just looked at me with this very attitude and didn't greet me. I ignored dat and bought 2 streetwise 2 chips. She then mumbled something with a very low voice, said angry face and she wasn't even looking at me, she was staring away from. I told her that I can't ear her and she said I'll have to wait or 20 minutes, chicken is still being cooked. Because I really wanted it, I said it fine. This was absolutely rude and disgusting for someone who's in hospitality industry. I was number 171 and waited for exactly 23 minutes after that they called 175 who was way after me and also bought pieces of chicken. I looked at them and then they gave me my order and took my slip. This was not the way they should treat he customer and this was the second time, at the very same time I went to the same KFC and had to wait more than 20 minutes and also be treated very rudely.
