Disgusting service

Hi KFC

Today I decided to by a KFC voucher as I dislike walking around with cash or cards. I went to the Eldorado park branch to purchase a meal with my voucher. To my surprise non of the KFC staff know how to use the voucher. The manager "Pamcy" laughed at me in my face and stating that my voucher is shutting down their systems. This was the biggest bull I've heard in my life as I deliberately saw them shutting down the systems as non of them know how to enter the voucher code. The manager didn't even apologized but laughed at me in front of all other customers saying free vouchers don't work all times. This was insulting as I paid for this voucher! I was humiliated (laughing at me like I'm a joke) Disrespected (told me to leave not even "advising" me to go to an other KFC) Discriminated (saying I'm so cheap I use free vouchers)

I am really upset! I've been a loyal client all my life. Always buy food from this franchise but today I had enough. If this is how "paying" customers are treated then I'll take my money somewhere else.

I do not expect an apology as my image was tarnished! I expect action to be taken and compensation for my time and petrol to travel 5km to another KFC that was able to assist me.
