Disgusting service!!!!!

I have just returned from the drive through at the subjected branch and my experience was less that poor.

The wait for service was over 10min! The woman at the window did not know what the hell she was doing, she literally said out loud "I dont even know what's happening with these orders". How the hell do you train your staff if they don't know how to read orders and present them with a smile?

She forgot to give the customer before me his drinks and the person had to get out of his car and walk to the window without even an apology from the woman. When my turn to collect FINALLY came, there was no "hello, sorry for the delay" or anything....she just reached out her fat hand for the money! When we got home, our order was missing a burgher which we had already paid for! I AM BEYOND ANGRY as this is NOT the first time we have experience **** SERVICE at this drive through, you should call it a park through instead!

I am demanding that you train your people on PROPER customer service and to CHECK ORDERS before dishing them out and wasting our petrol by waiting for nothing!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING AT THIS BRANCH AT ALL!!!
