Disgusting service!

<p>The service at the musgrave KFC branch is unimaginable! And the attitude of there staff stinks like they doing u a favour.</p> <p>I work in the area for the past 5 years and have never had good service however yesterday was the cherry on the cake.</p> <p>Not only did I have to wait 35 minutes for 4 zinger wings, they had two trainee staff taking orders during peak lunch hour rush, which was a mess orders piled up people were being given the wrong food and some others like myself left unattended until we demanded service.</p> <p>When I eventually got the attention of the trainee I was told she dies not pack the food I should instead ask the other lady in the grey for assistance.</p> <p>This lady in grey was given out order number 997 when I asked how can this order come before mine which was 988 and just four zinger wings, I was rudely told that is the number on screen so that is the order I will give out.</p> <p>This branch had no mini loaves yet they took orders for them and did not bother to advise customers in advance.</p> <p>There was another customer who actually took a picture of all the customers with receipts waiting for attention...its a pity I did not carry my phone along.</p> <p>I will never support this branch again and kfc should seriously reconsider the management team running this place. Honestly the WORST service I have ever received. </p> <p>If there was a option for a negative star I would have chosen that they do not even deserve a 1 star.</p>
