Disgusting service

<p>After a 30 minutes wait at the KFC Umhlanga where the intercom didn't work, we were told to wait for the food. The queue in the drive through was over 12 cars long. This is not fast food and certainly not Franchise standards. Cars driving out without ordering.</p>
