Disgusting service

<p>I was at KFC Sandown on the 16/04/2017 00:17am I am a regular customer and always purchase from them I have never expeienced such disgusting service I would not recommend people to purchase frm ther if that is the service that they provide to Regular customers, I spend my hard earned money to purchase something to eat and ask to use the rest room while I was told to wait for 15 mins as it will take that long to prepare my meal.</p> <p>The staff saw me at the door asking to use the restroom and they just sat on the counter and stared at me like i mean nothing to them.. Does customer service mean nothing to them?</p> <p> </p> <p>There are numerous people out there looking for a job and will be better at it than them</p> <p>I mean in case like that sure assist the client as he is purchasing food from you and not just asking to use the restroom.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted and will defnitely make sure that KFC Sandown lose all clients from our offices in Parklands,as I work in a office of over 200 People and we support them on a Daily basis </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like this to be sent to all managers in charge of KFCs and Regional Managers as well as the CEO so that they can know what Pathetic service I received and is a very unhappy customer . And to maybe make an exception to the rule. Firstly it is an inconvenience to wait that long at a drive through, and what happens when nature calls?
