Disgusting rude employee

I am totally disgusted with the way I was treated at KFC at the Shoprite Checkers center, Amanzimtoti, on Friday 05/09/2020. Being elderly and having a medical condition which does not allow me to go out very often, I went out. Thought KFC wld be a nice dinner. Not being used to having to sanitize my hands all the time I walked into a shop, I was looking at the menu. I hear this rude and disgusting shouting HEY, HEY, HEY and then realized this black lady at the door was shouting at me very rudely. A polite tap on the shoulder would have sufficed, to say the least, instead of embarrassing me in front of all the customers. I promptly turned around and walked straight out and will NEVER EVER support KFC again. Will also tell all friends and family to not buy. Totally unacceptable behaviour on your staff member. Teach them some respect toward the elderly......
