DISGUSTING QUALITY!!!!!

I was honestly going to write a good compliment on the new KFC in Ottery as they are quick,efficient and they do not hassle on certain request of specific pieces of chicken( unlike MOST KFC).<br> <br> BUT.....I cant do that, because one thing I hate more then anything...is kfc employees or any fast food/restaurant waiter to provide food to the customer that is not up to standard!!<br> <br> I went to KFC about a week ago and ordered the usual family meal which I always purchase for my family( the family treat 6 piece with the pops and mini loaves and mash as the sides).<br> <br> The chicken was perfect, however...the pops were so burnt, they were rock hard and my niece could literally only eat 3 out of the two boxes which were provided,which is a problem, because shes only 4 and we dont give her chicken due to oil and she prefers the pops...the mini loaves smelt so off that we decided not to eat that either...REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!
