disgusting purple chicken and old food

i bought almost R300 worth food as they are just around the corner from me so i tend to always use them. The chicken was under done, wings was like it was done this morning and they warmed it up in the sauce. Chips was ice cold, we asked if it was fresh and they said yes, upon calling them they could not assist because the food i threw in the dirtbin as it was not he first time... They expected me to take it out and bring it to them, she said she is unable to assist me and said she will put the phone down... Pathetic service
