Disgusting product, pathetic customer care

<p>I bought 6 meals from KFC Northway in Pmb on 6 may</p> <p>The wings looked dry and off colour</p> <p>the wrap was close to burnt</p> <p>the burgers crust was hard and OVER crispy</p> <p>the chicken was over crispy and inconsistent like it over fried</p> <p>I tried to call the store ... no answer</p> <p>I reported to customer care on 7th May and kept the meals for collection and review.</p> <p>foned almost every working day for a response AND nothing then demanded response on thursday.</p> <p>on Wednesday while I was at work my **** hro the meals away as it looked bad in the fridge</p> <p>on thurs I get a call and without investigating what was wrong with my meal I get offered a 5 pc meal for my trouble. I declined and said that they didnt even know my meals and complaint but chose to offer me an arbitry meal. They brushed me off not realising I had pics of the disgusting meals.</p> <p>They thought there was no evigence as it was trown in the bins. they still saaid I should take it OR leave it attitude !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
