DISGUSTING MONDEOR KFC

Sometime in March 2019 I went to KFC Mondeor just opposite Southgate Mall to buy a street wise two,I asked female cashier by the name of Nangamso to make my portions a side and centre on my street wise two that I bought, she refused. She told me they are no longer doing that. I don't know whether my request also made her to develop an terrible attitude towards me because after I collected my order on the next window I noticed that I was then given two very small pieces. Chips were scuttered all over the box yet the envelope that they use to put chips was also loaded in the box but not used. It was just clumsy. I felt so disrespected. About a week or 2 weeks later I went there with my friend to buy street wise six. While waiting for our order I told him of my previous experience of that KFC Mondeor. He also shared with me his bad experience with same KFC. Upon recieving our order we left, only to find out later that the chips were scuttered all over the place again not put in the envelope. On Wednesday 10 April 2019 at 18:00.08 I went to the same KFC to buy streetwise six and I told my story regarding the bad service to the lady who was helping me on the first window, hoping to recieve a better one this time around, guess what, upon receiving my order on the next window I decided to park my car aside and have a look, guess what,,, out of six pieces I bought, 3 pieces were drum sticks. 50% of my order was made of drumsticks (small (peices) I then went back to the first window to complain and the lady referred me to the second window where Mis Martha Mabunda told me with an attitude saying " how was I suppose to know that you dont' want drumsticks?" I said "but how can you give me three drumsticks out six pieces, For whom I are you keeping the big ones"? As she went to exchange the pieces she said something and together with her male (***) colleague began to lough at me. I felt so ridiculed. It was as if they are making a joke out of me. Then they gave me the box with new pieces. Guess what, when I opened it the pieces were even smaller. There was one very small and dry drumstick, one very small dry wing and a very small thigh that shrinked because of overcooked. All pieces were very small, very crispy and overcooked. They basically made it worse intentionally. I parked my car and went inside and spoke to a manager Mis Vivian Baloyi and she told me the name of a person who helped me was Martha Mabunda. I felt made small by these KFC people when they ridiculed me when in fact I am paying not begging. It is as if they are now targeting me. Let me tell you KFC, there is Southgate Mall with many decent restaurants just across the road from where you are located. There is also McDonald's just opposite you. There is a two Chesa Nyamas right behind you. We are not out of options. We are not desperate, we have a very wide choice, don't take us for fools when we choose you above the rest. Not because you are better than the others, let it be clear to you, you are not, yet we cannot deny that we also like your food but you are not the only choice especially when we are paying, not getting anything for free from you in stead it's us giving extra R2 donations that you always ask then, thereafter you give us a terrible treatment for a thank you. Let me also state that one day myself and my wife overheard the conversation between cashiers of the same KFC talking about how they don't get bothered by customers who complain. I have been observing their unfriendliness since 2014.
