Disgusting manager

I had visited the KFC Port Shepstone in Oribi plaza, I had placed an order online, paid and just need to pick up as I have done before, I sent my son in as I had done before, on this occasion was refused and understood that they wanted to see the sms so I went in and asked as simple question which was when did the process change and as thehelpful lady at the counter was explaining a rude manager by the name of Higgins butted in and said it is policy that is how it is, in the most rude and unapologetic manner he made me feel like trash and belittled me the customer, I find his behavior unacceptable and totally unbecoming of a manager or management, I am totally appalled by His behavior and would like something done about this.
