Disgusting level of service

I bought the 6 piece Tuesday special yesterday at Chris Hani Mall in Vosloorus. I then asked for Drumsticks and Thighs and was initially told NO, but then was promised those pieces if i bought the R20 fries and donated R2. I then bought the extra fries and made the donation with the hope that i will get the portions i asked for. To my surprise when i got home an hour later, 1. The chicken was half cooked, i had to put it in the oven and wait for another 30min 2. The portions i was promised were not the ones i was given. This KFC branch always takes advantage of people and this sucks, for a branch that has changed the staff so many times you'd think they'll do their job better than the previous ones, but no they are probably worse. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed at their level of service.
