Disgusting KFC

This is now another review on an old issue that I have already reviewed in November, and, six days ago on Hello Peter. I have written a report in Hello Peter, direct communication with Mr. Delivery and even a direct review to KFC head office. None of the above have bothered to respond to me. So, I ordered food from KFC via Mr. Delivery one morning. I had no doubt that the food was stale and likely warmed in the microwave before being sent to my house. I ordered a Zinger Burger and a Streetwise 2 with chips, extra chilli salt. Receive no chilli salt, which I can deal with, but, the chicken was very old. For sure from the previous day. KFC claim to replace food that the client is unhappy with but not KFC Banbury. I have spoken to two separate persons at Mr. Delivery and neither has taken any ownership of this disgusting issue. They are Alex.C and Okuhle.M. Both told me that the issue will be taken up with KFC Banbury and nothing has happened since. It is amazing to me how a business can just ignore a client, ignore their own advertising, and just not care about their quality. Your old food made me sick and it seems to me that KFC is actually proud of this as no one has even bothered to reply to me. I have all the correspondence on file from day one.
