DISGUSTING KFC

I ordered the most disgusting burgers from Primrose KFC it was not dunked burgers and the watery chilli stuff they put on there actually closed my chest, i bought 2 after waiting 15 minutes in the drive through i was not going to drive back, this is the 4th time i have bought there thinking maybe they are having an off day but the food is really not up to standard. I got no response on Facebook after sending my details, pictures and the till slip- I then emailed them, they called me at 5.30pm while i was driving so never picked up, I then got an sms saying that if they can't get a hold of my within 24 hours the case number CAS-501897-K7J2D9 will be closed- I called back immediately and they asked ONLY my name, they did not want the case number and said someone will call back, this morning I got an email saying the case was resolved. WITH WHO??? not me
