Disgusting KFC

They don't even deserve a one star actually and their customer care complaints department even worse. They keep sending me sms's saying they can't reach me yet they have my number and my email address. They called the first time for 1 second and then dropped the phone and sent me that SMS. Then I sent an email,but this time not even a one second ring phone call,just an SMS saying they can't reach me and closing the query. Not a single email from them,but they can't reach me. Left half my online order out which I paid for and simply now clearly does not want to reimburse me. This is proper thievery.
