Disgusting Hair IN FOOD!!

I had the most horrible experience ever. My husband bought us supper ,I ordered myself the jalapeño crunch master I only ate my crunch master the next day,while opening my food I discovered a disgusting hair on it ,I immediately called KFC athlone and explained what I have found ,they advised me to send a picture as the lady I spoke to gave me her number.

I send her the picture she advised that a driver will be delivering me a fresh meal ,i then received a message that the driver does not want to drive in my area if which I found very unacceptable because of you order on the delivery app ,they deliver in my area so I didn’t understand why their drivers were refusing to deliver in my area.

Firstly life is very expensive and one works very hard for their money to treat them self now and then ,and then when one gets food that is literally sickening to the stomach its really not acceptable and the customer experience I have gotten was so unprofessional.

I have not gotten any response from the lady again,no feedback or anything to make me as a customer happy ,I had to throw away my meal that’s cost me almost more that R100 which is very frustrating.
