Disgusting food&service way below standard!!!

We ordered some Kfc this morning. I'm utterly dissapointed. The chicken in my Boxmaster was totally dried out and dark brown. It made me wondered whether it wasn't yesterdays stock. My mom ordered a streetwise2. Her chicken was very hard on the outside and still raw on the outside. Yellow fat peeled out when she took a bite and it was also very watery. It also had way 2much spices on to the extend that it burned her throat. Further more, they were short of staff and we had to wait long for our food.
