Disgusting Food Services and An embarrassment To KFC, KFC PLUMSTEAD

This morning Myself and my husband attended KFC in plumstead as this is the only Halaal place I can buy breakfast from close by, however for the pass 3 weeks service has been horrible and I complaint to head office of this factor however nothing has come from it, everytime the manager gets involved and says that they will sort it out. I've gotten the wrong food to being told i need to move my car to come inside to pay to telling me i need to wait for my food because there isnt available to be given raw chicken, This is just utterly disgusting what is about to follow, This morning by dread i decided to go there again, We approach the drive thru and nobody being in window 1 or 2 we proceed to drive to window three. The women comes she takes our order we clarify payment method she said she will be right back, another women approaches the window she ask have you been helped we say yes she leaves a third women approaches us out of nowhere she tells us we need to go back into the drive thru to order and pay, we cant do it here my husband tells her we have already been helped they will bring our food now as well as the card machine as we can see the women walking towards us with our food she then grabs the food out of the women's hand and tells us we need to go to the back to pay first as the card machine does not work. She argues with the rest of the staff in her language and points to my husband and continues to shout, my husband calls her back and tell her you dont talk about me in your language and she tells my husband hey **** you, your mase p#$%, my husband got very upset at this and told her call your manager, this is unacceptable. The manager comes she number 1 denies all of this makes up some excuse the manager was not helpful at all about this and also, she tells us its her fault my husband proceeds to ask for their names to the accuse takes off her name badge and says that is not her name, my husband tells her now whatt is your name she says well i dont know shame. So i am utterly disgusted by this pathetic service and i refuse to buy anything from Plumstead KFC ever as the staff is utterly rude their service is generally just poor and their food is under cooked ALWAYS
