Disgusting food quality

Every time i place an order with kfc glenmore Francois road they give a hard as rock peices of chicken , especially in the morning. This is bull**** this is the 3rd time now...this is crazy rong and i can not tolerate it any longer. Do i have to come to the store for me to get fresh food? Or is it because of uber eat app....im super ****ed , money wasted and my time for nothing. Tried calling and the line is forever engaged looks like it hang aside for customers to forever be engaged..whoever can rescue this branch please do so this is madness an unacceptable
