The worst experience i have ever had!!!

I ordered kfc on the Mr Delivery app while at work, excited as i was to have my lunch i opened the bag and the mash and gravy i ordered was SPOILT!!!! IT WAS BUBBLING (and it was definitely not the temperature) i am extremely disappointed with this. I am disgusted with KFC for being so negligent!
