DISGUSTING FOOD FROM KFC

I was on holiday in Scottburgh from Saturday 07/09/2019 up until yesterday 15/09/2019. When we arrived on Saturday 07/09/2019 we were tired and went to the KFC in Scottburgh. I ordered 2 Center Breasts with Pap & Gravy and 1 x Zinger Twister with chips. The person who took the order, Nomvelo, was extremely rude because I wanted to change the order of the twister to a meal before I had paid and she said I was not able to. I repeated that I only eat "CENTER BREASTS" which she repeated as well. We went to our holiday flat in Pennington and opened the packet. The pap was literally runny porridge and to my horror I had a drumstick and a thigh which was still raw and slimy!!! The batter was soft and fell off the chicken!! I was unable to eat any of the food!! My daughter's twister consisted of 1 small thin piece of chicken in the whole twister which was as hard as a roc**** I was going to drive back to KFC, however I was staying in Pennington and I was just too angry to even drive all the way there and cause an argument with people who were so unhelpful to start with!!! My Order was No. 219 dated 07/09/2019 @ 18:17!! I am extremely dissatisfied with KFC to say the least!!!
