Disgusting food and service

Had the most disgusting service ever at KFC in Bloubergstrand. Firstly the staff didn't understand my order, secondly she forgot to give me my cold drink after asking her twice and thirdly the twister we ordered was absolutely disgusting, it was not fresh at all. I will never go there again and never recommend that KFC to anyone.
