Disgusting food and service

<p>I was at the KFC in Broadway on the 16th and ordered two Twisters with extra cheese slices. Not only did I not get any cheese slices even though I had paid for them, but I also got only half a slice of tomato and brown rotting lettuce. I called the customer care line as I had already tried to call the store twice and they reassured me that someone would call with 24 to 48 hrs. It's been almost two weeks without a call from anyone. Shocking service both at store and head office level.</p>
