Disgusting food and even more disgusting service

I was at kfc 45th cutting this morning to buy toasted sandwiches. Absolutely nothing prepared me for the sandwich I opened when I reached home. The sandwiches tasted like stale bread and were far from toasted. I called the manager only to be told they will deliver a sandwich 2 hours later as she is busy with stock take. Wen I got off the phone I attempted to eat the sandwich only to find no chicken on it!!! I have taken pictures of the sandwich and went right back to kfc to ask for the manager, before I could even explain Y I was just told the manager isn't in wen I had just spoken to her!! The manager then comes out looking very irritated to be called from stock take and apologised as if she was forced to. I'm really disgusted in this kfc as I have received terrible service multiple times from them but never have I bought a chicken and mayo sandwich to find no chicken on the sandwich
