Disgusting food

I must say that I am appalled by the lack of quality of my food that I ordered on the 17th of August at around 6pm at your Jabulani branch for a sweet chillie twister meal and the above attached was what I got, is this what you guys call value for money? Look at that pic and tell me if you would be happy to pay for such food. This is pure disgusting and had I had seen the condition of my food whilst I was at the store I would've demanded a refund. Why is the quality/standard of your food not the same as in the suburbs? A guy by the name of Thabo called and requested my till slip, which I sent and he promised to call me back instead all I'm getting is such SMSes We are unable to get hold of you re your KFC Case CAS-572906-B7S2R5 . Please note we will close this case after a further attempt within the next 24 hours
