Disgusting fast food

We went into the kfc in newlands west, durban. My wife ordered boxxit zinger burger, twister with a slice of cheese, snack burger, chocolate sundae. We waited extremely long as we normally go in the drive thru but we thought it would be quicker which is in some cases. We then came home to have our meal only to find the chicken is not cooked and the wings is so oilly. We just lost our apetite my daughter and I did not eat our meals. We still have the pops, wings and zinger burger and snack burger if your'll want it back. I do nit have a problem with the Springfield branch only the newlands west kfc. THIS IS ME SIGNING OFF TO STATE I WILL NEVER BUY KFC AGAIN AND I AM GOING TO PRETEND YOUR'LL DO NOT EXIST. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF YOUR MEALS.....
