Disgusting

I don't even want to give a star that's how pathetic the service is on the 01/03/2024 the store cancelled my delivery order. I called on the 07/03 no refund was done. I called again on the 11/03 only for them to tell me they will query this with the finance department and it could take 7-14 days for the money to reflect after the refund takes place.
