Disgusting customer service received

KFC Woodstock cape town Horrible service received today!! The attendant had no manners whatsoever. She got our order wrong and then still tried to say we never ordered what she had missed. No apology nothing for her error. It takes nothing to be humble and say sorry for an error. The cashier said to my husband after he pointed out her error "Give me your slip" and then ripped it out his hand. She then said "You never asked for that" and continued to tell my husband he's lying.
