Disgusting customer service of the worst standards

KFC Ormonde. On 31 Dec, i ordered through Ubder eats to collect. My order took over 1 hour to get ready in the shop while walk in customers were served before me. Part of the complaint is that i did not get a till slip and they promise the meal is free as per the board in their store. Complaint againt Kgomotso. Today she called to apologize, but instead of being professional, she laughs at my complaint. When i asked her to stop, she just continued laughing again. Its disgusting how KFC treats its customers.
