Disgusting customer service from a KFC store manager.

This afternoon I bought myself and my colleague lunch at the N1 City KFC. I bought a dunked burger and what was supposed to be a Zinger burger. When I arrived at work I noticed that the Zinger burger was actually a Cornel burger. I called the store and spoke to the manager Precious who asked me to take a photo as I could not go back to the store at the time. I took the picture and sent it to her via WhatsApp and received a response saying that the picture was that of a Zinger burger. I have a Zinger burger for lunch at least Twice a month and this was definitely not what I ordered. I gave Precious a call and explained to her that she was definitely wrong and she had attitude and was adamant on the fact that this was a Zinger Burger.

I do not want to make a fuss about the Burger and do not even want a free meal, but the attitude of the store manager Precious was atrocious and not what I expected. I am a creature of habit, I know what I ordered and that was definitely not what I ordered!!!!!!! This is when management thinks that they are the store owners! Never will I support the N1 store again and i will definitely encourage my colleagues not to support them either.
