Disgusting customer service experience

The service I received at KFC Canal Walk was extremely disgusting. Firstly the cashier Khanyisa was not in the mood to assist. I had to repeat myself and she still gave me the wrong order. I ordered Lunchbox with Berry Krusher. Specifically asked for a thigh. Order came I was given a drumstick. Went back to return my food. Shocking experience and the attitude i got from the manager. This was my last time visiting the store. I'm disgusted
