Disgusting customer service

What happened today at KFC centre point has been happening for a while and been noticing this, but today was a breaking point.

I go to KFC centre point and the was a lady with her daughter ordering, I stood behind them in the queue and it was just us behind them so the teller "Pumla" was taking the order and when they were done she swifted to the drive through window without assisting or explaining anything to me. I called her serveral times and ignored me to the extent I called someone whom was by the drive through window to assist me, when requesting whats the previous tellers names she laughed and started mumbling telling me I should ask her as I asked what's her name she responded with attitude and passing remarks of I'm not by the tellers this shouldn't be my problem now thabisa you are busy causing problems here for me. Mind you I can hear hear this whole disgusting remarks and topping it off the were not even wearing name tags. Even this other day a ****ty attitude was passed to this other customer not understanding why is someone in a food retailer if the are not compatible for the job and brand
