Disgusting customer service

Last night we went through to KFC Heiderand Mossel bay. We have never ordered a sweet chilli wrap. We ordered 2 sweet chillii wraps and 2 oreo crushers We waited. In the drive through for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. Without ANYONE coming to us to explain why this is taking so long.... We received the food half an hour later after waiting ANOTHER 5 mins at the window to recieve it... We recieved it and it was definitely NOT SWEET chilli..... More like HOT chilli... False advertising for one.. There was NO apology from any of the cashiers as to why the delay. There was no one in the actual store inside as we drove past and the people were busy cleaning up ready to close HALF AN HOUR before closing which is disgusting and very rude towards The customers! I want a full refund on my meal and a voucher for 2 meals of my choice or i will take this further. Attached please find time stamped photos and copy of slip showing the times and dates and people who served us. Call me asap. ***
