Disgusting customer care

Date 27/12/20 I was dropped at KFC by a friend I dont think I needed a reason to explain my condition however I'm pregnant and was craving for a twister meal at KFC Maitland, was dressed in my home comfort cloths( onsie) and comfortable flats and the moment I entered lady at door took temperature and sanitize I then proceeded with standing in the line... The shocking and disgusting thing happened lady who was behind the till name Vuyo as written on slip asked me do I enter the mall dressed the way I was and when I asked her to repeat was told she was asking the other stuff member. What happened to customer care what does my dress code have to do with purchasing or did I look to poor for your standard, I'm soo disappointed on how I was treated because I'm always purchasing through Mr D at this particular store. I then had to ask a friend to come to the store and purchase for me... Deeply disappointed on the treatment and will always remember KFC for this
