Disgusting Customer Care

I bought 20 digital vouchers for our staff 2 weeks ago and a few people have been struggling with redeeming these vouchers. I called their customer care only to be referred to head office with a number that goes straight to voicemail the whole time ***). I have sent several emails to head office, with no response, left several messages on their voicemail and nobody gets back to me. I feel like this whole digital voucher business is a **** and its such a shame cause the world is going digital!
