Disgusting chicken and service

Myself and my family went to Grand west on Friday, 2019-03-22. My children insisted on KFC for lunch. Unfortunately when we got there the service and food was very bad. We bought a family feast. We only received 2 cups with the 2lt cool drink. When is asked for more cups it was thrown to me. No serviettes, tomato sauce or spice were in the bag. When we eventually ate the chicken were still raw (pink) inside. It was very disgusting I recommend the management to look at their service and food before serving people!!!
