disgusting burnt food

Most sad and pathetic behaviour from the KFC at Arbour Crossing, Amanzimtoti. I don't even know where to begin...… I visited the store on Thursday the 04/04/2019. As I entered the store and approached the attendant at the counter, I asked her can I come through and she just nodded. Bare in mind there was only a gentleman at the collections counter and all the staff were busy laughing and conversing away. So as I got the "nod" that I could be served by the attendant at the counter, I questioned her why the screens were off and how would I know the deals or prices. I was told by her that it hasn't been working for a while. so knowing at the top of my head, as I am a frequent kfc customer, I enquired about the streetwise 2 and streetwise 1 price. happy with the price I opted for 1x streetwise 1 and 1x streetwise 2 meals respectively. As I waited for my order the attendants were more than jolly making a racket, whilst another stood at the counter chewing on a piece of paper. Well that is not even the icing on cake. when I got home and decided to serve up, I was horrified at the size of my streetwise 2. let me tell you it was actually a BURNT ONE & A QUARTER piece meal. I have pics to actually depict the misconception of saving when in actual fact we as consumers are being **********. to add to my misery and disgust it was a burnt meal. so here goes my actual cooking supper free evening actually went as to the pots I had to go. a total waste of money and effort. never again.
