Disgusting attitude -

KFC on Dr RD Naidu Dr Sydenham Durban:

After taking the time On 3 occasions to address the issues at the outlet mentioned above the service there is still appalling.

I am still having to ask for my correct change, asking to speak to management - she is never available, staff attitude and attention to detail is pathetic - have to always ask for serviettes, sauce or a s****, the manner in which food is presented leaves one with no appetite, staff appearance in terms of being neat, tidy and clean needs to be addressed. Will management address these issues or will it just go by unnoticed? Maybe this is the ethics and conduct in which KFC follows???

It would be good to get clarity- at least then the public would know this is what to expect!
