Disgusting and Horrible service from Jabulani Mall KFC

My husband and I walked in to KFC Jabulani mall just before 8pm on Monday 30th of June 2025. We placed an order for 10 dunked wings. At around 8h20 our order wasn't ready and I went to enquire and was told to wait another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, my husband went to enquire and we were now told to wait an hour. My husband then asked for our money back as it was ridiculous that we had already waited for over 30 minutes and were now being told to wait an additional hour... FOR DUNKED WINGS????

My husband then asked for a refund and the manner in which Fifi gave back our money as though she was doing us a Favour was completely uncalled for. She only started apologizing when I addressed her attitude, as though to dismiss me. This is really the most horrible service Ive come across at KFC outlets. If the dunked wings were going to take two hours to prepare, we were supposed to have been told upon transacting so we can make a decision whether to wait or not. 40 minutes was wasted at that KFC store and we left without those wings. Time wasted and no one in that store was even apologetic about it and no manager on sight. This is why business is so bad in Townships. You do not treat your customers with respect and dignity.
