Disgusting and disappointing KFC in Bothaville

I was so disappointed and disgusted with KFC in Bothaville, Freestate. It was no picnic going into the franchise here Firstly, there are 6 different people storming to your car when you stop there, standing so close to your door, you can't open it and then they pester you to give them money. Secondly, it was so dirty in front of the shop that you feel like turning around and just walk away. They are chasing away customers. The last thing, they expect you to pay R6.00 more for a buddy colddrink when their colddrink machine isn't working. It's not the customer's mistake that the machine is out of order,they should not be obligated to pay for KFC's mistake. It was truly a disappointing experience and KFC in Bothaville will never see us again!!! Friends here have warned us about this specific franchise, but now we have seen it with our own eyes.
