DISGUSTING!!!

On the 3rd of September 2015 I went to this KFC and I was disgusted by the services rendered. I can not believe that at 20:00 pm all the staff members of KFC can dedicate themselves to cleaning the shop and ignore customers. There was about 6 people in the queue in front of me but only one lady was serving. The service obviously was very slow because of that. This is completely the opposite of the so called Fast Food. I could not even believe it when I was told that there was no ice cream in that shop. WOOOW !!! So much for advertising ice creams. You guys need to teach your staff what is called Customer Service. A customer comes first then cleaning comes last. The Service disgusts me.
