Disgusting

Ordered take away from the Alberton KFC. I ordered a sweet chilli twister. Got home ready to eat my twister, took my first bite and it was stone cold and as if I was given a twister that was made this morning, there was no garnish and wait NO sweet chilli sauce.The chicken was rock hard and was so burnt it was black. I couldn't even chew it because it felt as if my teeth were going to break. Open 24 hours means nothing when the standards of your quality aren't kept. Very disappointed and will never order there again. I'm sure they know about word of mouth in a business like that and trust me, my word of mouth will definitely be something they don't want to hear. Very Upset customer!!!!!! Not to mention the amount I had to pay for such bad quality food. I really think their managers should monitor the food that is going out their doors and seriously think again how well their 24 hours service works in their favour!!!
