Disgusting

Last night at 10pm, I went passed KFC.<br> I ordered Mash gravy, 1 piece chicken, coleslaw. We were told there is no mash and gravy, which has happened about 4 times previously. I changed my order to Hawaian rounder, When I collected my food at the nexxt bay window, I was told there is mash and gravy. <br> Beside receiving the wrong info, the burger was barely edible. The role was burnt. The chiken was dry and tasteless. The order took 20min for drive through, with no other customers. This is not the first time I have had this .problem over and over. I have been eating KFC for the last 30 years. Kfc has become distastefull, with horrible service. So sad! and what a waste of money.
