Disgusted with your so called service

Placed an order online. Checked in online and waited 15mins to collect my order. Got to KFC and they claimed they did not receive my order. This is the second time it happened. Burgers were slapped together, chips is half empty. Pops was supposed to be a large, I could count the amount of pops in the box. The box was half full and cold. This is unacceptable. Instead of making up for the inconvenience, I will not visit this store again and will not be promoting your store even though you are on my doorstep. KFC do better.
