Disgusted with KFC Overport branch and head office

I ordered 2 burgers from kfc in Overport Dbn, the buns were so stale that it was actually hard and breaking. The chicken was hard, dry and like biltong. I complained to KFC head office from who I received the most awful service. I wonder if their staff are trained to be of no assistance to consumers and whether kfc allows it's branches to now serve biltong burgers?
