Disgusted with kfc.

So kfc.. Me as a regular customer experienced the worst ever service and i am really disappointed. Carletonville kfc ( at pick n pay ) after waiting 10 - 20 minutes in the drive thru, I decided to go into the store and order over the counter, i ordered a new promotion ( zinger chutney box meal and a small pops and a crunch burger ) order number 241. At first i felt really unsafe as customers are in parking lot drinking and shouting and playing music from cars, throwing bottles around, i waited in the car as my wife is pregnant and does not want to stand in line being very uncomfortable, the screen in the store showing to collect your order took my order off the screen about 5 - 10 min after i placed my order, when i walked in they said that its not ready ywt i should wait, i placed my order round about 21:33pm and i received my order round about 21:55pm there was another customer order nr : 245 not sure what his order was but he received he's order before another customer that had order nr : 237 ( who ordered 2 burgers ). So that was the instore/outside store experience, waiting so long one would presume that your food will be fresh, but hey thats shooting for the moon... my fries was dry, unspiced, cold and some were still unfried in the centre. I did not receive any jalepeno chutney sauce for my fries.. I noted this becuase i have received this at other kfc stores with the same order.. I will never support this kfc store ever. Hopeing someone from kfc management would get in contact with me as there are a lot of stuff wrong at this store but i don't want to type all night long. Ruben - **********
